DISPOSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Celtic Exploration Ltd. (the Company) is divesting of 145,254 net acres of non-core assets – currently producing 1,561 boe/d (June 2010)
• The majority of the assets are oil-weighted and operated
• Total Proved + Probable reserves of 5,679 Mboe and NPV 10% of ~$93MM have been assigned
• The PDP reserve value represents 86% of the Total Proved reserve value (TP NPV 10% = ~$69MM))
• The assets have been grouped into eight (8) discrete offerings (shown on map and in table)
• The suite of assets offer a balance of steady cash flow from a mix of oil and gas production, long-life reserves and upside potential
