Grizzly shares common management and technical staff with Ironhorse Oil & Gas Inc. and is operator of the Shackleton property.

IRONHORSE OIL & GAS INC.   Ironhorse Oil & Gas Inc. (“Ironhorse”) is a public oil and gas company with production in Alberta and Saskatchewan and has been active in the oil and gas industry since 2003. Ironhorse trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol“IOG”.
