PAKOWKI OVERVIEW

 

 

HIGHLIGHTS

  • 135 boe/d of net operated shallow gas production from the Medicine Hat ‘B’ Formation (December 2010)

Land: The Pakowki property is located in southeast Alberta, near the Canada/US border. The Company owns a 99% working interest in 18,045 gross acres within the Pakowki field.

 

Production: Stable, low decline production is supplied by the Medicine Hat ‘B’ sand in the Pakowki field. Production averaged 135 boe/d in December 2010 from 70 wells.

 

Reserves: The Pakowki property has Total Proved reserves of 417 Mboe. 367 Mboe are Proved Developed Producing reserves and 50 Mboe of Proved Undeveloped reserves are assigned to four locations. Further upside of 150 Mboe Probable Additional reserves and 231 Mboe Possible reserves are based on higher recoveries. In aggregate, 798 Mboe of Total Proved plus Probable plus Possible reserves have been assigned to Pakowki.

Facilties: All gas is gathered and transported to a Company operated compressor station located at 16-24-005-09W4. The Company holds a 100% working interest in both the gathering system and compressor station. Sales gas is transported from the compressor station to the TCPL Etzikom meter station located at 05-27-006-08W4.

 

Marketing: Company natural gas is sold to BP Canada Energy Company and this contract is renewable every contract year. There is a firm service commitment to TCPL at Etzikom D for ~ 700 Mcf/d (20 E3M3/d).
