CRANBERRY
LAND
The Cranberry property is located in Townships 95, 96 and 97, Ranges 2, 3 and 4-W6M; approximately 90 km east of the Alberta/British Columbia border.
The Company holds working interests varying between 21.25% and 100% in 24 currently producing wells.
PRODUCTION
Company well production in the Cranberry area is comprised primarily of Slave Point and Debolt production. As of January 2011, current working interest sales production was estimated to be 338 boe/d.
RESERVES
Proved Producing reserves were assigned to both the Slave Point and Debolt producing wells in the Cranberry area. Total Proved plus Probable reserves as of May 31, 2011 were 1.5 MMboe (86% natural gas).
FACILITIES
Cranberry production is gathered and processed at 2 different facilities: ATCO Gas Plant 04-20-096-03W6 and the BP Chinchaga/Cranberry 01-24-096-05W6 Gas Plant. Gas from both plants is delivered to the Trans Canada System and liquids are delivered to the BP Kemp River Liquids Pipeline System for delivery to Kemp River.
SEISMIC
The Company has two lines of 2-D trade seismic in the Cranberry area.
DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL/GEOLOGY
One undeveloped location has been identified in the Cranberry area in the Debolt formation. Historical production from the Cranberry MFP8529 BL-DT-DB Pool (Debolt Pool) in the area has proven to be successful with current cumulative production at 77 Bcf from ten wells (Company interest in eight wells only). With limited recent pressure data available, further pressure work in the area could lead to downspacing and additional locations from the Debolt Pool.
Debolt: The Debolt in the Cranberry area consists of thick dolomitized carbonates deposited in shallow water, open to restricted marine type setting. In this area the Debolt is overlain by sediments of the Gething, Bluesky, or Willrich Formations. The Debolt reservoirs are predominately gas charged and orientated in a northwest-southeast direction.
