LEDUC-WOODBEND WABAMUN DEVELOPMENT

WABAMUN GAS POTENTIAL

Based on 3-D seismic interpretation and well log interpretation the Company has identified seven Wabamun Formation gas locations. The targets are located on structurally high, closed features. A type curve analysis of five existing Wabamun gas wells forecasts average ultimate raw gas reserves of 1.1 Bcf per well with 30 bbl/MMcf of natural gas liquids. A separate volumetric analysis was performed and to match the type curve reserves requires a 320 acre well spacing with a 78% recovery factor. Net pay ranges between 4m and 5m and averages 9m while porosity is 6%.
