In addition to the Company’s concentrated assets at Chinchaga, Cranberry and Firebird, the Company also has interests in 20 producing wells situated proximally north and west of these properties in Gutah, Botha, Venus and Hamburg.
The Company’s has a working interest in 16 wells varying from 12.45 to 100% and an overriding interest in 4 additional wells varying from 0.56 to 5%.
PRODUCTION
Company wells are producing from the Slave Point, Bluesky and Debolt formations. Company sales gas production in January 2011 averaged 3.0 MMcf/d with approximately 14 bbl/mmcf of natural gas liquids.
RESERVES
Proved Developed Producing reserves of 983 Mbbl were assigned to the areas with a corresponding value of $7.78 MM (NPV@10%). Total Proved plus Probable reserves of 1,451 Mbbl and $11.31 MM (NPV@10%).
All reserves assigned by the Company’s independent reserves evaluator were categorized as Developed Producing.
