LAND

 

The Ojay Field is located in Northeast British Columbia near the Alberta Border. The Company has a working interest of 100% in 24,327 gross acres of land, a large portion of which is undeveloped. Mineral rights across the acreage includes, variably, rights from surface to basement, surface to base of Cadomin-Dunlevy- Nikanassin, and surface to base of Notikewin-Falher-Wilrich.

 

 

PRODUCTION

 

Production from Ojay in September 2010 averages 2,448 Mcf/d of natural gas. Currently ten operated wells produce from various zones, including the Cadotte, Falher, Cadomin, and Nikanassin.

 

 

RESERVES

 

The Ojay property has been assigned 583 Mboe of Total Proved reserves and Total Proved plus Probable reserves of 1,061 Mboe. Probable reserves were assigned based on higher recoveries and one Probable Additional location is currently licensed.

 

 

FACILITIES

 

All of the natural gas produced from Ojay is pipeline connected to a 100% WI central compressor site located at d-072-D/093-I-16. High-pressure gas is then sent to the Pine River gas plant, located at d-086-D/093-P-12, though an operated 6” high pressure pipeline. The Company also owns an 8” high-pressure pipeline that has the ability to redirect gas production west into Alberta to the 04-08-070-11W6 Conocophillips Elmworth gas plant (no WI), and has ownership in the b-053-A/093-I-16 Conocophillips-operated South Hiding Creek compressor station (14.825% WI).

 

 

MARKETING

 

The Company holds Spectra Pine River Plant Gathering (RGT) and Processing (Treatment) service. Oil and condensate are delivered to Newalta FSJ where it is purchased by Shell on a 30-day evergreen contract.

 

 

SEISMIC

 

The Company has ~106 km2 of 3-D trade data and ~252 km of 2-D trade data over the lands at Ojay.
